Gabriela is a seasoned strategy and business transformation professional & leader with over 15 years of consulting experience and 2 years in the startup ecosystem. She specializes in delivering high-impact strategy advisory, transaction support, and business transformations that drive financial value for shareholders.

Since 2023, Gabriela has been the owner & advisor of Janzen Consulting, an independent strategy advisory practice in Financial and public sector.

Her leadership journey includes serving as a Director in Qatar, ( Qatar Investment Authority consulting company) where she led a 45-person consulting team specializing in digital and business transformation. Between 2013-2019, Gabriela spearheaded 50+ million USD strategy and transformation projects for Qatar Public Sector Clinets and drove operational improvements one of the Qatari Corporate

Gabriela began her career as a Project Leader at IBM Consulting in 2008, where she managed over 20 projects in the Financial and Retail sectors across EMEA region. Her focus areas included Due Diligence, M&A, Information Technology, and IT operations, with project values ranging from 10 million to 500 million USD.

 

A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and diversity, Gabriela has been an active member of the INSEAD Business School Alumni Board since 2021, organizing business events and moderating discussions on topics such as entrepreneurship, technology, and Diversity & Inclusion.

 

Gabriela holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD (2021), a MSc in Economics and Marketing from a Gdansk University of Tech. in Poland, and a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Robert Gordon University, UK (2007). She holds number of executive courses at such as Leadership at LBS, UK; Digital Strategy at MIT USA and Post-grad Certificate in IT organization Management from Warsaw Technical University, Poland.
