In addition, she serves as an advisor at Loyal VC, where she supports early-stage startup founders with financial modeling and strategic growth planning.Her leadership journey includes serving as a Director in Malomatia Consulting owned by Qatar Investment Authority, where she led a 45-person consulting team specializing in digital and business transformation. Between 2013-2019, Gabriela spearheaded 50+ m USD strategy and transformation projects for Qatar Healthcare and drove operational improvements for a public sector with 3.2bn-4.2bn USD budgets.Gabriela began her career at IBM Consulting in 2008, where she managed over 20 projects in the Fortune 500 - Financial and Retail sectors across EMEA region.
